# Seneca Besties secure $5,000 donation for United Way Greater Toronto

Seneca's 2021 United Way Campaign launched on October 12 and hosted a live event on October 15 to mark the occasion. At the Friday, *Besties for Philanthropy* event, 20 employee besties came together to prove how well they know one another, and to level-up Seneca's donation to United Way.

Over the course of an hour, the group shared laughs, memories, and secured a $5,000 donation to United Way from Seneca. If you missed it live, check out the video below to catch up on the event.
