# Seneca Agency Training Course (SAT100)

We are pleased to announce the latest release of Seneca’s Agency Training Program!

As a requirement for agency certification and renewal, this online interactive course:

- provides you with the tools and knowledge to enhance your current counselling efforts for Seneca;
- walks through changes to Seneca’s offer and Provincial Attestation Letter \(PAL\) processes;
- allows you to learn about Seneca at your own pace;
- complements Seneca’s Agency Agreement, Agency Code of Conduct, and [International Student Recruitment Agency Management Policy](https://www.senecapolytechnic.ca/about/policies/international-student-recruitment-agency-management-policy.html); and
- recognizes you with a digital badge and your agency with a certificate upon successful Program completion.
