# Viewing Conversations

1. Select **Conversations**.

2. Select a user whose conversations you would like to view.

3. Select a course.

4. Select the **Search** button.

5. Enter the keywords.

6. Navigate to the conversation title you would like to view.

7. Select the **Chat** icon to view the conversation.

8. To go back to the conversation list, select the **Back** button on the web browser.

9. To start over, select the **Delete** button **** to clear all filters.
