These events are open for all employees to attend. - **New Faculty Orientation** is offered the week before the Fall and Winter semesters begin. This day provides an overview of the services and supports that impact teaching practice at Seneca. - Our **Teaching & Learning Days** are offered during the fall and winter study breaks, as well as during the break between the winter and summer terms.  They bring together faculty from across Seneca to network and share ideas about curriculum development, instructional design, and teaching and assessment strategies. There are opportunities for faculty to focus on deeper learning on the effective integration of technology into their classrooms. - The **Teaching & Learning Summer Conference** is our onboarding conference held prior to the start of the fall term.
