# Seneca partners with the Institute of Municipal Assessors

## Career Recharge, presented by TD, is providing professional development opportunities for the Institute of Municipal Assessors.

The Institute of Municipal Assessors \(IMA\) is teaming up with [Seneca HELIX](https://www.senecacollege.ca/HELIX/) and [Career Recharge](https://www.senecacollege.ca/entrepreneurship/career-recharge.html) to offer virtual professional development workshops to GTA members. IMA is Canada’s largest association of property assessment and taxation professionals with a membership of more than 1,250.

“With the pandemic comes opportunities," said IMA District directors Elizabeth Gibson and Sabrina Vizzacchero. “Partnering with Seneca has allowed us to offer our GTA members alternative ’virtual’ learning sessions.”

The first IMA Career Recharge workshop launched earlier this fall, with more than 220 participants.
