The Seneca XR Framework supports a team-based approach to the development of XR experiences and their integration into course curriculum through the Teaching & Learning Centre. Types of support include:

  • guidelines and best practices for effective use teaching and learning
  • classroom implementation
  • access to equipment
  • project management
  • production/development
  • research on effectiveness

XR in education is an emerging field. As we explore these new technologies, data and feedback are required to determine effective teaching practices and to support sustained integration of XR learning activities at Seneca. The following workflow outlines the steps involved in developing, implementing and evaluating an XR project idea.
