Contracts are created for contract professors based on the contact teaching hour(s) scheduled for all courses assigned to the professor. The contracts are processed and finalized by HR after Day 10 of the semester. Once finalized by HR, the contracts are emailed to the professor through Adobe Sign. Upon completion of the contract, a copy will be provided to both the professor and polytechnic.
Note the start and end dates of your contracts is based on when the actual class starts and ends within the semester.
