Downloading Grades from Gradebook

You can download the full Gradebook, or selected grades from your courses. Files can be downloaded in two formats: comma-delimited (CSV) or tab-delimited (XLS).

Downloading Grades from Gradebook

  1. Select Gradebook.
  2. Select the Down Arrow icon located at the top-right side of the page. The Download Grades panel is displayed.
  3. Select Full Gradebook.
  4. Select the items you want to download, or choose Select All Items to download all items from the list.
  5. Select Tab-separated File (.vls) or Comma Separated Values (.csv) to choose the file type for download.
  6. Select My Device or Content Collection to choose the save location for the download.
  7. Select Download. Grades are downloaded.
