Downloading Grades from Gradebook

  • Category: Grading
Download the full Gradebook, selected Gradebook items, or grade history. Save the file as a tab-separated XLS file or a CSV file.

Download grades

  1. Select Gradebook.
  2. Select the Settings gear beside To Do.

  1. Under Upload and download gradebook, select Download grades.

  1. Under Grade Records, select Full Gradebook or Grade History.
  2. Under Record Details, select the items to include. Select Select All Items to include every item. Turn on Include feedback when required.

  1. Under File Type, select Tab-separated File (.xls) or Comma Separated Values (.csv).
  2. Under Save Location, select My Device or Content Collection.

  1. Select Download.
Download button highlighted at the bottom of the Download Grades panel.

Note: The available download options and Gradebook items may depend on your course settings and permissions.

Related option

Upload gradebook is located in the same Gradebook Settings section. Download a correctly formatted Gradebook file before editing and uploading grade data.
