A new Gradebook Grid experience is coming to Learn@Seneca on August 6, 2026! The update focuses on making grading workflows more efficient and giving you easier access to important grading information.

To help you prepare, the Teaching & Learning Centre is hosting live preview webinars and virtual drop-in support sessions.

Join us for a tour of the new look, layout, and grid view functionality:

• Tuesday, July 28 – 9:50 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. Eastern
• Tuesday, July 28 – 1:30 p.m. to 2:20 p.m. Eastern
• Wednesday, July 29 – 9:50 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. Eastern
• Wednesday, July 29 – 2:25 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. Eastern

Gradebook Drop-In Support

Have a Gradebook question or need help navigating the new grid once it goes live? Drop in anytime during one of these sessions:

• Thursday, August 6 – 3:20 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Eastern (Launch Day)
• Friday, August 7 – 11:40 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern
• Wednesday, August 12 – 4:15 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. Eastern
• Thursday, August 13 – 9:50 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Eastern

Registration is not required.

If you’re unable to make it to one of these drop-in sessions

• In-person drop-in support is available in the Teaching & Learning Centre Mondays to Fridays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Visit us in room K2037 (inside K2030) at Newnham Campus.
