Explore the new Gradebook Grid: Overview sessions & drop-in support | Blackboard Ultra

The new Gradebook Grid experience is now available in Learn@Seneca. The update focuses on making grading workflows more efficient and giving you easier access to important grading information.

If you’re adjusting to the new Gradebook or would like a refresher on the new layout and functionality, the Teaching & Learning Centre is offering Gradebook Overview sessions and virtual drop-in support sessions throughout September.

Gradebook Overview Sessions

Join us for a tour of the new Gradebook Grid, including its look, layout, and key functionality:

• Wednesday, Sept. 9 – 9:50 to 10:40 a.m. EST
• Monday, Sept. 14 – 1:30 to 2:20 p.m. EST
• Tuesday, Sept. 22 – 2:25 to 3:15 p.m. EST

Can't make it to an Overview session?

If you’re unable to attend one of the upcoming sessions listed above, you can watch a recording of the Gradebook Preview webinar: Gradebook Preview Webinar Recording. Log in to Zoom using your Seneca Polytechnic credentials and use the following passcode: 5#@#S0mg.

Gradebook Drop-In Support

Have a question about the new Gradebook or need help navigating the new Grid? Drop in anytime during one of these sessions:

• Thursday, Sept. 10 – 3:20 to 4:45 p.m. EST
• Friday, Sept. 18 – 11:40 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST
• Wednesday, Sept. 23 – 9:30 to 11 a.m. EST

Registration is not required.

If you’re unable to make it to one of the virtual drop-in sessions, we also offer:

• In-person drop-in support: Available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit us in Room K2037 (inside K2030), Building K at Newnham Campus.
• Online appointments: Schedule an appointment by emailing us at teaching@senecapolytechnic.ca.
