We are pleased to announce the launch of commission claims within the Seneca International Agent Portal (IAP) starting in September 2024. This is part of our initiative to streamline international agency processes within a single platform.
September 2024 term (available Oct. 9, 2024 to Oct. 31, 2024)
From September 2024, you will no longer have to submit claims for agency commissions, instead Seneca will calculate commissions owed to your agency and share them with you for your review and approval. This will save time, increase accuracy and help prevent missed or late claims.
Details of commissions to be paid will be available to you in the Seneca International Agent portal (IAP). Access the training guide to learn how to review and submit your claims.
With this new process, all “agency administrators” will have the ability to view and approve commissions calculated for the September term. If this responsibility belongs to another individual or group in your organization, please email our recruitment and agency co-ordinators their name(s) and email address to establish their user access by Sept. 12.
May 2024 and earlier terms (available Sept. 17, 2024 to Oct. 1, 2024) - CLOSED
If your agency has outstanding claims related to the May 2024 term or earlier, please submit them using our legacy process (Registered Agent Portal) between Sept. 17 and Oct. 1, 2024.
