The Program Advisory Committees Policy has been updated

As part of Seneca Polytechnic’s policy review cycle, the Program Advisory Committees (PAC) Policy was reviewed and updated by a committee of faculty members, support staff and administrators.

The changes include:

  • An updated "Key definitions" section
  • Reorganized sections for better flow
  • An updated "Appendix - Program Advisory Committee procedures" section that expands on the details and requirements for the identification and confirmation of PAC candidates, new member orientation, renewals and resignations, as well as meetings

The PAC Terms of Reference, a stand-alone document that's used to recruit and orient PAC members to their roles and responsibilities, has also been updated to reflect the changes to the PAC Policy.
