The Faculty Review Policy supports Seneca faculty’s commitment to teaching excellence and delivering a great educational experience for students. Periodic reviews provide opportunities for you to celebrate teaching accomplishments, gather and reflect on feedback, set professional goals, and explore strategies for refining your teaching practice. Faculty review also ensures that teaching methodologies, course content, and assessments align with Seneca’s teaching Standards of Practice and Quality Framework for course design.
The Faculty Review program is a collaborative and ongoing process between you and your Chair. Each element of the program contributes to a comprehensive and holistic teaching review designed to balance personalized goals with Seneca’s high standards of academic excellence.
