Join us for this two-day in-person conference focused on teaching strategies, assessment, student engagement, and using technology in your classroom.
The theme is Assessment and Feedback.
This is our Micro-teaching event! Micro-teaching is a shorter version of the process that you go through to prepare and teach a lesson. This event will bring together a small group of peer faculty members to observe each other teach short lessons and to provide and gain feedback on teaching. Micro-teaching allows faculty to focus on teaching and assessment strategies in a non-threatening environment, and receive supportive feedback on their teaching from their peers.
This conference requires active participation. A portion of the two days is dedicated to creating and delivering short lessons in small groups. If you plan to register, be ready to present to your colleagues. Details will be sent to registrants closer to the event date.
Register now in MyPD.*
Registration closes at 1 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2024.
