"Define, Design, & Deploy: Working with Digital Assignments" from Teaching & Learning Day Winter 2022 on Monday, February 28, 2022
Facilitated by Julio and Hailey (Seneca Libraries)
Digital media fluency builds towards a critical reflexivity that allows learners to construct and wield tools of participation and creation within their academic, social, and professional communities. By providing learners with the tools needed to engage as media creators (instead of only consumers), digital media can act as a powerful tool for the amplification of voice, as a means to personalize content, and an opportunity to embed one’s own personal and cultural artifacts within their work.
Join us as we explore some of the learning principles propelling digital assignments and our recommended path to defining, developing, and deploying digital assignments in your courses. Learn with us as we showcase the various facets of support we provide to educators creating digital assignments and to their learners tasked with completing them.
