Seneca, through the Faculty of Continuing Education and Training, delivers two Ontario Bridge Training Programs for internationally-trained professionals. Funding has been renewed and will continue until September 2024.

Currently recruiting students for January 2022!

The Professional Excellence in Financial Services (EFS) Bridging Program supports individuals with professional backgrounds in banking and finance to obtain employment in Ontario’s financial sector in the shortest time possible. Delivered as an accelerated 16-week, full-time, hybrid program. Training focuses on technical and software training, banking certifications, communication and customer service skills. Highlights include; career planning, virtual speed mentoring, mock interviews with finance professionals; job shadowing; hiring events; business and cultural communications.

The Accelerated Building Environmental Systems (BES™) Operator Class II Bridging Program provides specialized training and professional networks to help individuals launch a professional career in Building Operations & Facilities Management industry in the shortest time possible.

Offered in fast-paced, part-time, employment-focused format, this certificate program will provide students with an understanding of the interrelated complexities of building environmental systems such as heating, ventilation, air handling, water treatment, controls and electrical power supply. Highlights include: top industry instructors; access to Seneca's employer network; facility tours; health & safety training, hands-on practical training, professional mentorship opportunities; advanced career management techniques; employment supports and financial aid options.
