The Office of Reconciliation and Inclusion and First Peoples @ Seneca would like to invite the Faculty of Arts to an afternoon at The Red Tape Brewery on November 17th from 2-4pm. Please find the invitation below and RSVP here.

Join colleagues from the Faculty of Arts, First Peoples @ Seneca, and the Office of Reconciliation and Inclusion for a special “Bear’s Lair” event. Based on the Indigenous TV show The Bear’s Lair, which models The Dragon’s Den, faculty and staff will have the opportunity to work in groups to discuss their experiences, challenges, and opportunities applying the principles of Indigenization and reconciliation in our work. Members of First Peoples@Seneca  will be available to help take us from allyship to action. The event will be hosted at Red Tape Brewery, Toronto’s first and only Indigenous owned brewery.

Date: Friday, November 17, 2023
Time: 2 PM – 4 PM
Locacion: Red Tape Brewery
159 Main Street, Toronto, M4E 2V9 (Main Street/Gerrard Street East). Paid street parking is available.

Light appetizers to be served.
Attendees may purchase their own alcoholic beverages separately.
