In early May, our winter Dual Credit students were able to visit the Crime Scene lab at our beautiful King campus.

Students from our Forensic Crime Scene class began their day with a presentation from Richard Norman about our Police Foundations program.  Students were able to ask questions about what they can expect from the program and different job opportunities in the field.

Then students and the Dual Credit team headed off to the Crime Scene lab, where students had to sketch and examine one of four crime scenes set up for them.

Their professor, Kevin Bryan, had also set up a fingerprint and footwear dusting station.  Students used their own footwear and fingerprints as a part of their crime scene examination.

We hope to welcome many of our students back to the School of Public Safety to continue their education.
