As a standing committee of Academic College Council, the Educational Technology Advisory Committee (ETAC) provides regular reports to and receives feedback from the Council on matters pertaining to the use of technology to enhance student learning and Seneca’s digital learning strategy. ETAC also serves as an expert reference group to ITS and academic leaders, providing insight, input, and feedback on initiatives, pilot projects, policy, and processes about the use of educational technology tools at Seneca. We are seeking 2 faculty members to begin this spring. Members will be selected based on their innovative ideas, a solid use and understanding of educational technology, creativity, and the ability to apply their thinking on an institutional level; they are not chosen as representatives of their School. Terms are for two years, renewable for one additional term. ETAC meets once a month, September to June.
