Managing Devices on Duo | IT Services for Employees | Seneca Polytechnic

The following instructions provides steps on how to manage your devices. You can add or remove devices and other ways of logging into Duo.

1. Log into myseneca.ca
2. Click Other Options
   
   
3. Click Manage devices
   
   
4. To manage your devices, you must choose a preferred verification 
   
   
5. Upon verification, you will now be directed to the device page
   
   
6. On the device page, you click Add a device
   
   
7. Select the Duo Mobile option
   
   
8. Enter your country code and phone number
   
   
9. Confirm that your phone number is correct
   
   
10. Download Duo Mobile on your mobile device and click Next
    
    
11. Using your mobile device, open the Duo Mobile app and click Add
12. Select Use QR code and then scan the QR code to activate Duo on your mobile device
    
    
13. Once its successfully added, click Continue
    
    
    
14. You have successfully added a device and activated Duo
15. A notification will be sent to your device, click Approve
16. Confirm if this is your device
    
    
17. You will be successfully logged in to your Seneca service
