Areas of Responsibility

Operations & Maintenance Services support the day‑to‑day functionality of campus facilities. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Equipment repairs
• Furniture repairs and minor installations (where feasible)
• General maintenance, including:
  • Picture hanging
  • Minor workspace and fixture repairs
• Electrical issues, including:
  • Lighting outages
  • Power concerns
• Plumbing repairs, including leaks
• Temperature issues (too hot / too cold)
• Key requests
• Locksmith services
• General information and assistance
• Other or miscellaneous maintenance concerns

What to Expect

• Timely response based on priority and safety impact
• Coordination with specialized trades when required
• Clear communication if an issue falls outside service scope
