The NFMP aims to foster professional growth, knowledge sharing, relationship building, and skill development.
We believe that mentorship plays a crucial role in shaping the careers and achieving the goals of our faculty.
Mentors will provide support, advice, and valuable insights to help mentees achieve their career objectives and manage issues that may arise.
To support mentors in the NFMP, we have developed three “Mentoring Nutshells” will help mentors enhance their skills and provide strategies for building successful mentoring relationships.
