What is being done

• Anyone with the email address @senecacollege.ca will be updated to the new @senecapolytechnic.ca.
• During the transition, emails sent to your old email address will automatically redirect to your new one.
• All existing emails will continue to be accessible in your new inbox.

When this will happen

Beginning at 1 p.m. on December 20, all Seneca email addresses will change to @senecapolytechnic.ca.

How this may impact you

As we transition to new email addresses, there are three key considerations:

• Communication:  It's important to share your new email address with students, colleagues, and external contacts to maintain seamless communication.
• Access: Your new email address will be your key to accessing Seneca applications and systems.
• Contingent Worker Accounts: If you collaborate with someone who has a contingent worker account, please inform them of the changes taking place.
