Websites and applications | ITS Rebrand | Seneca Polytechnic

What is being done

• Internal and external Seneca web addresses and applications will transition from senecacollege.ca to senecapolytechnic.ca.
• During the transition, visitors to senecacollege.ca will be redirected to our new website senecapolytechnic.ca.
• This includes our main website, Employee and Student MySeneca, Library, The Service Hub, and application systems like ERP/i3, Learn@Seneca (Blackboard), Adobe Sign, Zoom, and more.

When this change will happen

• The changes to our website and related applications have already started, with completion expected before December 24, 2023. Refer to the schedule of changes for more information.
• Please anticipate Library system disruption on the evening of Dec 13th, specifically with Library Search, Databases and Leganto.

How this may impact you

• To ensure a seamless transition, all employees should:
  
  • Update all content associated with the old domain, including knowledge base and FAQ material.
  • Update internal and external references to our old domain.
  • Update previously shared OneDrive files, including course content, to reflect our new domain.
• After the domain change, please re-authenticate by logging in with your new senecapolytechnic.ca user ID.
