A new Gradebook Grid experience is coming to Learn@Seneca on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026! The update focuses on making grading workflows more efficient and giving you easier access to important grading information.

To help you prepare, the Teaching & Learning Centre is hosting live preview webinars and virtual drop-in support sessions.

If you missed our tour of the new look, layout, and grid view functionality webinars, you can watch the recording: Gradebook Preview Webinar Recording. Log in to Zoom using your Seneca Polytechnic credentials and use the following passcode: 5#@#S0mg.

Gradebook Drop-In Support

Have a Gradebook question or need help navigating the new grid once it goes live? Drop in anytime during one of these virtual sessions:

• Thursday, Aug. 6 – 3:20 to 4:45 p.m. EST (Launch Day)
• Friday, Aug. 7 – 11:40 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST
• Wednesday, Aug. 12 – 4:15 to 5:40 p.m. EST
• Thursday, Aug. 13 – 9:50 to 11:15 a.m. EST

Registration is not required.

If you’re unable to make it to one of the virtual drop-in sessions, then we are also offering:

• In-person drop-in support: Available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit us in Room K2037 (inside K2030), Building K at Newnham Campus
