The Curriculum Integration (CI) Project is an ongoing initiative to expand opportunities for students to learn and practice core skills in their studies (that go beyond technical requirements.) Our programs and courses undergo careful review and enhancements to bring you the skills and training you need to be an active citizen. You’ll benefit from activities and assignments that are carefully crafted to build knowledge and experience across 5 key areas.
We are answering the TRC’s Calls to Action through meaningful integration of Indigenous perspectives and knowledge in our courses and programs, to discover what has been lost and denied.
We work to create the best possible learning environment for our students to ensure barrier-free learning for all, where everyone belongs and can succeed.
You engage with environmental health, social equity, cultural vitality, and economic responsibility through real‑world, immersive experiences that empower you to build a sustainable future.
At Seneca, our courses and programs provide you with opportunities to practice and develop these essential skills and prepare you for success in the workplace.
We look for ways to help you develop AI literacy in ways that fit with your program, guided by Seneca's human values.
"Sustainability is such an important topic. I must say that I never really understood it fully until I came to Seneca. How we, as the future of business and the next set of leaders, are responsible to take what we are learning and bring it to whatever space we are going to be influencing. To shape the world, moving forward in a better way for the next generation and the generations after that." - Student focus group participant (paraphrased from original statement)
"I'm very glad that Seneca is giving high importance [to these areas (EDI/TRC)] in our curriculum. It will give us much more preparation right now, and for our future career as an HR professional." - Student focus group participant (paraphrased from original statement)
