Developed for the School of Aviation, the Pre-flight Safety Check XR experience helps pilots-in-training determine whether their aircraft is airworthy and safe for flight.

In this simulation, students complete a cockpit inspection and exterior walkaround of a full-scale Cessna 172S Skyhawk aircraft to identify and document safety deficiencies. A pilot's ability to spot potential issues before takeoff is critical to ensuring the safety of passengers and crew. With our virtual airplane, students can gain experience spotting common aircraft problems in a risk-free environment.
