Tkaronto Tour is an interactive, location-based augmented reality (AR) application that supports the path towards Truth and Reconciliation by expanding opportunities for students to connect with Indigenous culture and stories through urban Indigenous experiences.

Designed in consultation with Indigenous knowledge holders and featuring community testimonies, the experience is both a physical walking tour and a digital exploration of 4 key Indigenous-led sites in downtown Toronto (Tkaronto). The option to switch to a 360-degree virtual tour enables participation by both local and remote students.
