Developing Online Materials for Your Course

This course is designed to help participants explore and use online tools to develop materials for their course. Participants will use principles of universal design for learning (UDL) to develop AODA compliant modules, slideshow videos, screencasts, and interactive activities. Tools explored include Adobe Express, Google Sites, Screencast-o-Matic, Loom, PowerPoint, H5P, and Microsoft Stream.

This is a fully-online course with synchronous sessions.

You must be available on these dates and time for the synchronous sessions:

  • Wednesday, May 8 from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern
  • Wednesday, May 15, 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern
  • Wednesday, May 22, 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern
  • Wednesday, May 29, 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern

There are deliverables due each week.

Registration closes at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
